With over a decade of medical practice, Dr. Qazi founded SynchronyMD with a mission to enhance healthcare accessibility through telemedicine solutions, using his expertise to positively impact patient care.

Dr. Joel Kalavelil graduated from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine in 2012. Dr. Muhammad Khan is a specialized interventional cardiologist with extensive training and qualifications. He obtained his medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan, and subsequently completed his residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis. Dr. Khan furthered his expertise through fellowship training in interventional cardiology and echocardiology at the University of Utah and the University of California San Francisco, solidifying his skills in advanced cardiovascular care.

Dr. Sanjay Kumar received his medical degree from Chandka Medical College in 2007, followed by a Pediatric residency at St. John Providence Children's Hospital in 2013. He completed a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Riley Hospital for Children. He has a particular focus on Eosinophilic esophagitis, Inflammatory bowel disease, and Celiac disease in his clinical practice. Experience Dr. Kumar's friendly and compassionate demeanor firsthand. Dr. Shephali H. Wulff specializes in infectious diseases, bringing expertise and dedication to her practice. Dr. Wulff furthered her training through a fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Infectious Disease and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Lutheran General Hospital. Dr. Tahreem Aziz, graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013 before completing her residency at Indiana University Ball Memorial Hospital in 2016.
